Deprecation of Prefix

From 30th April 2022 onwards, RBXBolt won't be able to view content of message if the bot isn't mentioned in the message due to Discord new Message Content Intent.

So to run command, you will have to mention the bot instead of using the prefix. Same thing apply when replying to the prompt for RBXBolt.
